Business and technology scholarships for female and minority students are available from our private, charitable foundation, Wisconsin Public Service Foundation.
College Recruiting Program
Integrys Energy Group actively recruits at universities, attend career fairs and perform on-campus interviews. On-campus interviews are scheduled at the career fairs and typically occur within 2 weeks following a career fair.
We also offer a summer Internship/Co-op Program. The vision, mission and objectives of the program are:
Vision
Recruit premier talent from four-year college degree programs.
Goal
Develop interns & co-ops for potential full-time employment with an Integrys company upon graduation.
Objectives
- Provide a structured program for college (four-year degree program) students with professional, challenging work experience in their field of study and provide value-added work for the organization.
- Create a candidate pool for all entry-level positions out of the Internship/Co-op Program.
This program includes several educational and social activities to assist an intern/co-op with professionalism, networking and value-added real-life work experience.
Our intern/co-op program offers opportunities in several fields including: accounting, communications, computer science, construction management, engineering, human resources, information technology, and marketing. The majority of our internships are located in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois.

Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 2.8/4.0
- Full-time student attending a four-year university
- Completion of sophomore year upon start of internship
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
Accommodations
Housing location assistance is provided although students are responsible for their own food and lodging expenses. In addition, students may be eligible to receive housing funding assistance.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is based on the intern/co-op's major and school year standing and is paid bi-weekly.
As an Integrys Energy Group intern/co-op, students are also eligible to receive discounts on a variety of items including: health club memberships, computers, and various business discounts.
