The Selection Process

What happens after you apply?

  1. You'll receive an email to confirm that your application was successfully submitted. That's why it's important to provide an accurate email address in the online application.
  2. A corporate recruiter will review your application. If your qualifications match the job requirements, he or she will forward your application to the hiring manager.
  3. The hiring manager will review applications from all suitable candidates and select those who will be interviewed.
  4. Because we usually have a large number of applicants, we'll contact you by phone or email only if you are selected for an interview. We'll then send you more details by email.
  5. You will interview with us.
  6. When all interviews have been completed, the interviewers will meet to evaluate the candidates against the job requirements and select the most qualified candidate.
  7. If you are selected, the hiring leader will contact you to make a verbal offer. We will follow up with a written offer letter, in which we explain the next steps, including our pre-employment screening process.
  8. If you are selected, you will go through pre-employment screening. Afterward, we'll finalize your start date and employment details.
