The Selection Process
What happens after you apply at Integrys or one of our subsidiaries?
- You'll receive an e-mail to confirm that your application was successfully submitted. That's why it's important to provide an accurate e-mail address in the online application.
- A corporate recruiter will review your application. If your qualifications match the job requirements, he or she will forward your application to the hiring manager.
- The hiring manager will review applications from all suitable candidates and select those who will be interviewed.
- Because we usually have a large number of applicants, we'll contact you by phone or e-mail only if you are selected for an interview. We'll then send you more details by e-mail.
- You will interview with us.
- When all interviews have been completed, the interviewers will meet to evaluate the candidates against the job requirements and select the most qualified candidate.
- If you are selected, the hiring leader will contact you to make a verbal offer. We will follow up with a written offer letter, in which we explain the next steps, including our pre-employment screening process.
- If you are selected, you will go through pre-employment screening. Afterward, we'll finalize your start date and employment details.
