Paperless billing with e-Bill helps save natural resources. In spring
2008, when customers of North Shore Gas, Peoples Gas, Upper Peninsula
Power Company or Wisconsin Public Service switch from paper billing to
e-Bill, one dollar is donated to the Arbor Day Foundation to plant a
tree.
Integrys companies offer a variety of electronic options for customers. This eliminates paper use and adds convenience to our customers' lives:
- North Shore Gas, Peoples Gas, Wisconsin Public Service and Upper Peninsula Power Company offer customers e-Bill. Customers can receive, view and pay their energy bill online.
- On any Integrys subsidiary Web site, customers can sign up for an automatic payment program. (See Michigan Gas Utilities or Minnesota Energy Resources for an example.) This doesn't eliminate the bill statement, but it does eliminate the need to use a check or a return envelope. Each month customers receive a statement of their bill amount, and that amount is automatically withdrawn from their bank account on a specific day.
- Integrys Energy Services, our nonregulated energy services company, offers Energy Managersm, giving customers quick access to their historical usage information, monthly billing statements and more.
