Good afternoon. I'm Larry Weyers, Chairman, President, and CEO of WPS Resources. It's really great to see so many who are willing to set aside a day to learn more about our company.
Before getting started, I would like to introduce the members of my staff who are with us today. Many of you already know Ralph Baeten, our Senior Vice President - Finance and Treasurer, and Donna Sheedy, our Investor Relations Supervisor. They are the two individuals who have been responsible for investor relations at our company and have been your primary contacts.

There is one other individual I would like you to meet who will be a key contact for you in the future. Many of you know that Ralph Baeten has announced that he will be retiring at the end of February. Retirement also claimed Dan Bittner, our former CFO, last March. Losing over 65 years of experience in such a short time frame in a key area of the company can be critical. But, we think we have dodged that bullet.
Our national search for a new CFO unearthed an excellent candidate right in our backyard. Although a backer of the wrong football team-the Chicago Bears-we were impressed with him in our interviews. He's an individual who has rapidly moved up the ladder in the financial world because he's been able to deliver results in every position he has held. He's a team player who believes in and supports his employees. And the best part, he had the specialized experience we were looking for. But I'll let him tell you more about himself.
