{SLIDE 1} Good afternoon. I'm Larry Weyers, Chairman, President, and CEO of WPS Resources. It's really great to see so many who are willing to set aside a day to learn more about our company.
Before getting started, I would like to introduce the members of my staff who are with us today. Many of you already know Joe O'Leary, our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Donna Sheedy, our Investor Relations Supervisor. They are the two individuals who are responsible for investor relations at our company and are your primary contacts.
I would also like you to meet other members of my management team:

- Phil Mikulsky, Senior Vice President - Development and CEO of one of our nonregulated subsidiaries, WPS Energy Services. Both of our nonregulated subsidiaries report to Phil.
