The following describes the terms and conditions on which Integrys Energy Group offers you access to Integrys Energy Group's sale Web site for purchasing purposes.

When you purchase an item on this web site, you are entering into a legal contract with Integrys Energy Group in which you agree to abide by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS in all aspects of your use of Integrys Energy Group's web site. Upon agreeing to purchase an item you agree that title and risk of loss of the item pass to you at its present location immediately upon tender of payment. You certify that Integrys Energy Group has fulfilled all requirements associated with the transfer of ownership as required by OSHA, ANSI and the manufacturer. You shall bear sole responsibility for all costs associated with the immediate removal and transportation of the item from its present location to your location.

Eligibility: Purchasing an item(s) is only available to persons who can make legally binding contracts. Purchasing items from this web site is not available to minors and/or those individuals under the age of 18 years old and any other individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
Registration: Anyone wishing to purchase material from this web site must first register with Integrys Energy Group as a member. To register you must go to the Register button and fill out the registration form. Information marked mandatory must be filled out in order for a user to be considered for purchasing an item. Optional information is used by Integrys Energy Group to provide more efficient service. Examination of Articles: Before offering to purchase, you are invited to visit the site where the ARTICLE/ARTICLES are located and to inspect the ARTICLES. The buyer is responsible for errors or misunderstandings resulting from failure to make proper inspection prior to purchasing.
Termination: Integrys Energy Group reserves the right in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or limit your access to Integrys Energy Group's Site, at anytime, with or without notice, if you breach any of the herein Terms & Conditions.
Reject Offer to Purchase: Integrys Energy Group reserves the right to reject any or all offers to purchase.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the item being offered for sale is being made available on "AS IS, WHERE IS," basis with no recourse to Integrys Energy Group. Integrys Energy Group makes no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or condition of, or defect in any lot. Integrys Energy Group shall not be liable for any inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect description, fault, condition or defect in any lot. Integrys Energy Group does not warrant that the services or site will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does Integrys Energy Group make any warranty as to the performance or any results that may be obtained by use of the services or site. IN NO EVENT SHALL Integrys Energy Group BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER.

Buyer is responsible for handling, loading, and transportation of item being purchased. Upon acceptance of your offer to purchase you will be billed for item. Payment is due prior to or at the time of pickup/shipment. Applicable sales tax will be included in billing.

Buyer will tender payment to Integrys Energy Group its offices located at P.O. Box 19001, Green Bay, WI 54307-9001, Attn: Investment Recovery. Payment is to be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or a corporate check, and must be made payable to Integrys Energy Group, in an amount equal to the full amount of the sale price. Integrys Energy Group reserves the right to deny any corporate checks and /or any personal checks. Possession of item(s) shall not pass to you until the total amount of the purchase price has been paid to Integrys Energy Group.

All sales are final! Integrys Energy Group reserves the right to reject any or all offers to purchase.
