Wisconsin Public Service Foundation Awards Scholarships

Green Bay, WI - The Wisconsin Public Service Foundation has been awarding scholarships to high school graduates for nearly 50 years! At the Foundation, we believe that building on the tremendous potential of our young people is well worth the energy.

Winners this year continue that tradition of excellence. They were chosen from more than 425 students who applied for our scholarships. That’s an amazing number of applications to evaluate, and it’s a difficult task to choose from among them.

This year Wisconsin Public Service Foundation awarded over 120 scholarships, with the recipients receiving more than $135,000, click here to see the 2013-2014 recipient list.

The Foundation has given more than $4.3 million in scholarships to students from Northeastern and Central Wisconsin and a portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula since 1964. No customer money is used to support the Foundation or its programs, which are funded by company stockholders.

About Wisconsin Public Service Foundation

The Foundation provides nearly $1.2 million annually in contributions to programs that support activities in the areas of arts and culture, community and neighborhood development, education, human services and health, and care for the environment.
