The reduction is to prepare for spring runoff due to melting snow
Green Bay, WI - Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, operator of hydroelectric facilities along the Peshtigo River, will reduce the water level of the Caldron Falls Reservoir by no more than four feet below normal elevation during a spring drawdown beginning Monday, March 15, 2010. As always, care should be taken while taking advantage of the recreational opportunities on the Caldron Falls Flowage.
